Dance and yoga classes are a great addition to the summer programme at Centre of English Studies (CES Dublin)because they help students relax, have fun, and connect with others. These classes create a positive and welcoming atmosphere where students can meet new people and feel part of a supportive group. Through following instructions and interacting with classmates, students practise listening and speaking English in a natural way. At the same time, dance and yoga help improve confidence, reduce stress, and make the summer experience even more enjoyable.
