You’ll feel completely at home with our carefully chosen homestay accommodation option. Staying with a local Irish family offers the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in the English language and culture. Every day, you’ll practice your English naturally—whether it’s during mealtimes, daily conversations, or while learning about Irish customs and everyday life.
At CES Dublin, we take great care in matching students with host families who best suit their individual needs and preferences. All homestays are thoroughly vetted, visited regularly, and monitored to maintain the highest possible standards of comfort, safety, and hospitality. Families are warm, welcoming, and experienced in hosting international students, ensuring you quickly feel part of the household.
Host families live within easy reach of the school. Most families are within 25 mintues travel time to the school, either walking or by bus. Journey times are usually quick and straightforward, making it easy to get to your lessons every day.
Living with a host family gives you the chance to take part in daily life, from chatting at breakfast to joining family activities. You can learn about Irish culture, practise English naturally, and enjoy a welcoming, supportive home. Small tasks and shared activities help you feel part of the family.
